It is a sunny spring day in the orchard and there are blossoms everywhere amid the first pale leaves. You can almost smell the perfumed breeze. The artist thinks of them as cherry trees, but the blossoms and form of all trees of genus prunus are rather similar. There are two kinds of tree, one with white blossoms and the other with pink ones. Colorful oriole-like birds fly among the trees.

There are literally 10s of thousands of flowers and leaves, each fully resolved in the final image.
